✏ 25-26 Supply Lists ✏
In case you're catching some school supply deals - here are the supply lists for the 25-26 school year.
Each grade level has listed out the supplies students need for their classes.
Printable lists can be found on the LMS website under "Parents"
*We'd encourage you to write your student's name on their folders/notebooks, but refrain from adding subjects. Some of the binders/folders are for specific subjects and that teacher will organize and label with them.

✍Student Honor📜
Gabby, 8th grade, has earned a high honor in the "Poems that Ate Our Ears" contest from the Friends of Poetry (through the Kalamazoo Public Library). Gabby's original poem "Unspoken Truth" was declared a winner in their contest and has earned her a spot at their reading in the fall. On Sep. 27 Gabby will present her poem along with other winners/finalists. Additionally, her poem will be published in a book with the other winning poems.
Way to go, Gabby!

⭐ Principal Appreciation Day ⭐
"The best leaders are also the best followers. They follow a purpose, cause, or belief bigger than themselves." -Simon Sinek
Today we celebrate the leaders of our building, Mr. Williams and Mr. Armstrong. Their passion for leadership creates a supportive and collaborative environment at LMS. We are so grateful to have them leading us in the shared purpose of student growth and engagement.
We thank them for their dedication to our school, staff, and students!
