✍Student Honor📜 Gabby, 8th grade, has earned a high honor in the "Poems that Ate Our Ears" contest from the Friends of Poetry (through the Kalamazoo Public Library). Gabby's original poem "Unspoken Truth" was declared a winner in their contest and has earned her a spot at their reading in the fall. On Sep. 27 Gabby will present her poem along with other winners/finalists. Additionally, her poem will be published in a book with the other winning poems.
